I did it.  I finally lived my dream... I flew for a brief but intense moment.  For the past weeks, I've been anticipating this moment and I must admit that I was a bit anxious and nervous about it.  After all, it was my first time flying on a plane and I was not going to land in it!  Talk about breaking the ice... I got on board along with my instructor and several other "jumpers" and up we went to an altitude of 13,500ft.  While climbing, I was strapped to my instructor and made sure everything was secured and tight.  Then, the door opens.  The cold wind rushes in the plane and you can tell it's a bit purer then what you breathe on the grou

I've always had a dream and it was to fly.  In 6 days from now, I will experience something a bit similar.  For the first time in my life I will go on an airplane and then jump from 13 thousand feet, 9000 ft of free fall and then the parachute will slowly and safely (fingers crossed... LOL) take me down. I won't lie, I'm a bit scared.  Not of the dive itself... that will be one hell of a trip!  But that moment, just before taking that step, the one that will lead you to your dream, the one that scares you the most... stepping out of your comfort zone and seeking your dream.  I have not yet experienced it and I'm sure I will have much to writ

I'm not a big fan of posting how I feel or what is happening in my life on internet journals.  It's bad enough I have to live through it, why would I impose it on someone else? :lol:  But anyway...
